What is Win Rate?

Win Rate is the percentage of total sales opportunities that result in a closed-won deal. It is calculated by dividing the number of won deals by the total number of deals that reached a final decision (won or lost).

Why It Matters

  • It measures the effectiveness of the sales team and the competitiveness of the product in the market.

  • Tracking win rates by lead source or sales rep can highlight areas for training or process improvement.
