You can also request access to your customer portal from the merchant, this portal allows you to see the transaction, download invoices, and manage your subscription. You will find the support email of your merchant in your transaction email which also has the invoice
How do I cancel a subscription Dodo Payments has charged me for?
To cancel a subscription, you’ll need to either:
Contact the support email mentioned in the transaction email, or
Request access to your customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription directly.
How do I request a refund from Dodo Payments?
Dodo Payments processes all refunds on behalf of our merchants. If you want to initiate a refund you can send an email with your order details to the support email. We will process the refund request and initiate the amount back to your original payment method.
