If you’ve seen a charge from us, it’s for a product or service purchased from a merchant who uses Dodo Payments for their billing. To view full details of your purchase, please reach out to the merchant directly. You can also request access to your customer portal from the merchant, this portal allows you to see the transaction, download invoices, and manage your subscription. You will find the support email of your merchant in your transaction email which also has the invoice
How do I cancel a subscription Dodo Payments has charged me for?
To cancel a subscription, you’ll need to either:
Contact the merchant from whom you made the original purchase, or
Request access to your customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription directly.
How do I request a refund from Dodo Payments?
All refund requests must be made through the merchant you purchased from. Since Dodo Payments manages payments on behalf of the merchant, we are unable to initiate refunds directly. Please note: Refunds are only eligible within 7 days of the purchase, and the decision to initiate the refund rests with the merchant.

Absolutely. All purchases made via Dodo Payments come with a tax-compliant invoice, available as a PDF. Check your email confirmation or retrieve it via the Customer Portal anytime.
