How to Request Data Deletion?

Users can request the deletion of their personal data through the following methods:

1️⃣ In-App Request: Go to Settings > Privacy and select Delete My Data.

2️⃣ Email Request: Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

3️⃣ Support Portal: Submit a request through our official support page at www.dodopayments.com/contact.

What Happens After You Request Deletion?

• Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion within 30 days (or as required by applicable laws).

• Some transaction-related data may be retained for legal, compliance, and fraud prevention purposes as required by financial regulations.

• After deletion, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
