### What happens when my free credits run out?

Free credits last for up to 12 months or until you reach your credit cap, whichever comes first. After that, your startup pricing continues, so you keep growing on preferential rates without any disruption.

### I'm already a Dodo Payments customer. Can I still apply?

Yes. Existing customers are welcome to apply, and we review each application case by case. Submit the form and our team will follow up on how the program applies to your account.

### Do you accept partner or accelerator codes?

Yes. If you have a partner or accelerator code, mention it in your application or email us at startups@dodopayments.com. Codes are verified manually by our team during review.

### How long does the review take?

We review every application and reply within 3 business days. Approved startups are then onboarded through our standard business verification before credits and startup pricing activate.
